| Q: What is your Refund/Replacement policy ?
A: Orders can be cancelled prior to us starting design work on postcards or downloading data for telemarketing campaigns with 100% refund.
1. Once we have started a telemarketing campaign a replacement lead will be given for unqualified leads presented for replacement with a valid reason for replacement.
No refunds can be given after a campaign starts and we have started delivery leads via e-mail or live transfer. Full replacement guarantee on any unqualified leads when presented for replacement within 30 days from date of purchase. All replacements will be validated and replaced at Fidelity's discretion.
2. 20% Cancellation fee on direct mail pieces that are cancelled before cards go to print. Once cards go to print there is 30% cancellation fee.
3. Due to the reproducable nature of mailing and other lists we deliver via e-mail, disk or other media, no refunds will be given. We guarantee a 95% deliverability on all mailing lists. All telemarketing lists are run monthly against State and Federal Do not Call lists. All information is updated monthly for accuracy.
Q: How long will it take to receive a mailing list ?
A: We ship or e-mail the same day funds become available.
Q: How long does it take for my Postcards to be delivered from time we sign invoice?
A: Once you Ok a draft and sign an Ok to Print Form, it takes 7 business days for your postcards to be printed and addressed. We mail as soon as postcards are addressed.
4x6 postcards take 3-5 days to deliver to consumers from mail date.
6x9 postcards take 7-10 days to deliver.
Q: Can we use our own mailing permit to mail postcards ?
A: Yes...we print your mailing permit number in upper left hand corner of card instead of ours.
Q: Can we divide the 5000 cards and have the fronts printed differently ?
A: All 5,000 cards must be the same on the front side (color and laminated side) of the card. If you want different backs, we can usually do that for you for an additional charge. Call your sales representative for more information on this.
Q: Can we use our own mailing list for direct mail campaigns?
A. Of course. We will send postcard to any mailing list you supply. We offer NCOA address uppdate if the list is more than 6 months old. And we will deduct the cost of your mailing list from our all inclusive pricing in those cases.
Q: How long does it take to get a telemarketing campaign started?
A. Usually the next week after we receive signed invoice and payment. Sometimes we are overbooked and it takes two weeks to start.
