Hello Everyone,

I am excited to announce that there are several positive changes happening to The Udaya Group’s organization and its website which will be of further interest to our followers, customers and partners.

Since the inception of our firm in 2012, the website www.theudayagroup.com has been serving as a platform for international investment news, analysis and insights focused primarily on Nepal. In this journey, we have gathered quiet a number of followers including members of global corporations, multilateral organizations, institutional investors, hedge fund managers, policy makers, embassies and consulates, investment promotion agencies and students to name a few.   

Based on suggestions from many of you and after our own observation, we felt that there was a need in the greater frontier and emerging markets for a similar platform. Hence, we have now decided to further build on what we had initially started by expanding our market of coverage to the greater frontier and emerging markets of South Asia. Many of you might have already noticed Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) insights and analyses coming out of India and Bangladesh on our website. Going forward, we will continue to do that as we dive deeper into various industries across these exciting emerging and frontier geographies. Additionally, you may have also noticed that our logo has changed to that of “FDI Analytics”. Since we focus so much on foreign investment insights and analysis, it was just a natural step for us to morph our url into a more apt one - www.fdianalytics.com - something that resonates to our goal and mission.

While we have morphed slightly, our focus definitely hasn’t. While there will be changes to our website in the coming days and months, www.fdinalytics.com will continue to capture, analyze and uncover insights from the emerging and frontier markets. This will be free for anyone to use.

The Udaya Group will be focused on providing strategic business consultation to firms in and entering Nepal.
